GP La Marseillaise – Anthony Roux 4th, Arthur Vichot 12th

In France, the GP La Marseillaise is the traditional launch of the season and 1st round of the French Cup at the same time.

Despite a nervous race, the peloton comes in one block in the streets of Marseille for the final victory. The local rider Justin Jules (VC La Pomme Marseille) claims victory, in front of Samuel Dumoulin, last year’s winner.

On the FDJ side, Anthony Roux takes the 4th place, Arthur Vichot is 12th.

Next round of the French Cup will take place on the 16th March, on the Classic Loire-Atlantic.
